OBJECTIVE
The Define Abbreviations function is used to define abbreviations that are used in the Transportation and FOB fields in Purchase Order Management, Stock Order from Catalogue and Customer Order.

PROCEDURE
To create an abbreviation:
- Enter the required information:

NOTE: The Configuration icon is used to define entry options for the Code field. |
Field
Description
- Counter
Abbreviation code that identifies the abbreviation created.
NOTE: The system automatically assigns this number when the transaction is saved.
- Abbreviation
Description of the abbreviation code.
- Click Save.
